If you run the MS cleanup tool, does it also uninstall the program(s) selected, or just fix the "Document Viewer" issue? Download Windows Uninstaller Utility from here http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...bd/msicuu2.exe , and remove document viewer installer from the list...
